Developing the Future In Mind Menu of Interventions for Wakefield & District
As a first step in the transformation, we are inviting organisations to register on the Future in Mind Menu of Interventions Wakefield & District.
The purpose of the Menu will be to clearly identify organisations and the interventions they provide which promote positive outcomes for children and young people. Your contribution will act as a starting point enabling us to identify the breadth of services in the district, current gaps and limitations in capacity to provide these key interventions.
This menu (directory) will be used by professionals working with young people to help them to engage with local services which will enhance their emotional wellbeing.
