Positive Activities Funding Opportunity

Do you want to support children and young people aged 8-19 and make a positive difference to their lives and social development?

Possible grants are available for groups from £3,000 - £5,000. To find out more please register your interest with Young Lives via sheila@ylc.org.uk and we will send out information as soon as possible.

The application form and guidance notes can also be downloaded by clicking on the links below.  A spreadsheet of information about groups that have applied is also available by clicking on the link below. This is to help groups cooperate with each other and work together collaboratively so that applications are not made to run similar activities in the same area.

The second round has now opened:

Please read the guidance notes before submitting the form as it gives useful tips on why applications in the previous round were rejected or successful. The fund is also limited to small voluntary or community groups.

Positive Activities - Young Peoples Positive Activities Decision Making Panel

YDSS are now taking applications for the Positive Activities. Young people will be making decisions regarding the funding. Young Lives have been asked to involve 3 groups from around the district to participate, and for each group to put forward two young people. If your group would like to take part please do get in touch.
